  • 基于ARM單片機的自動測高測距小車

    生活中許多目標的高度和水平距離需要進行測量。目前主要的測量方法,仍以傳統(tǒng)的皮尺丈量為主,測量效率不高,有時還很不方便,沒有技術(shù)成熟的數(shù)字式測高測距產(chǎn)品。以基本的數(shù)學方法為理論依據(jù),利用遙控小車做為載體,采用角度傳感器測量角度、霍爾傳感器測量水平距離等,通過單片機LM3S615進行數(shù)據(jù)計算,實現(xiàn)了對待測目標物體的高度、水平距離等數(shù)據(jù)的快速、精確和數(shù)字式的測量,高度測量精度可達99.06%,水平測量精度則可達98.06%。 Abstract:  In our lives, the height and horizontal distance of some goals are needed to be measured. Because the currently used methods are still traditional tape-based measuring methods, and the measuring efficiency is low and inconvenient so some kinds of digital and portable measuring methods or instruments are needed. Based on the basic math theory, this paper designed and manufactured a portable, digital and remote controlled measuring mobile small VEHICLE, which assembled with angle measuring sensor for angle measurement and Hall sensor for horizontal distance measuring. MCU LM3S615 calculated the height and horizontal distance data gotten from these sensors. The measuring process is simple, the measuring results are more accurate and the measuring efficiency is higher than traditional measure instruments. The accuracy of height and distance measurement can reach 99.06% and 98.06%.

    首先研究CAN總線和SAE J1939協(xié)議,提出一種基于MC9S12HZ256微控制器的總線式汽車數(shù)字儀表解決方案。詳細介紹SAE J1939協(xié)議的報文幀格式及應用層協(xié)議中發(fā)動機相關參數(shù)的定義,以及步進電機及其驅(qū)動和車速信號的處理方法。該數(shù)字儀表系統(tǒng)硬件平臺由微處理器和信號采集和信息處理及顯示等模塊組成。軟件設計部分編程實現(xiàn)了對CAN總線和各傳感器數(shù)據(jù)的讀取、處理。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r反映車輛工況。 Abstract:  In this paper,CAN bus and SAE J1939protocol are researched,and a VEHICLE digital instrument solution based on MC9S12HZ256MCU is proposed.The message frame format and some engine-related parameters’definition in SAE J1939application layer protocol are introduced in detail.Stepper motor and its driver,the methods of speed signal process-ing are also introduced.The hardware platform of VEHICLE digital instrument is composed by MCU,signal acquisition mod-ule,and signal processing and displaying module.Data receiving and processing from CAN bus and sensors are accom-plished by programming,and VEHICLE condition can be reflected in real-time.

  • 基于AVR的新型防汽車追尾安全裝置設計

    針對目前汽車追尾事件頻發(fā)問題,提出一種防汽車車前和車后追尾的安全裝置設計。該設計以高性能、低功耗的8位AVR微處理器ATmega8L為核心,結(jié)合霍爾式車速傳感器、激光雷達測距裝置和MMA7260QT加速度傳感器,能夠兼顧車前和車后,摒棄以往設計中只考慮車前或車后單一性缺點,尤其適用于高速、夜晚或新手行車。 Abstract:  Aiming at the high frequency of VEHICLE rear-end collision,a safe device design of anti-VEHICLE rear-end collision is presented.In the design,the high-performance,low-power8-bit AVR microprocessor ATmega8L is utilized as a core combined with Hall-type speed sensor,laser-radar ranging devices and the acceleration sensor MMA7260QT.The design considers both the front and back of a car,and overcomes the drawbacks of former designs in which only the front or the back of the car is considered,so it is especially suitable for high-speed,night or the beginner’s driving.

    設計一種應用于某全地形ATV車載武器裝置中的中控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)設計是以TMS320F2812型DSP為核心,采用模塊化設計思想,對其硬件部分進行系統(tǒng)設計,能夠完成對武器裝置高低、回轉(zhuǎn)方向的運動控制,實現(xiàn)靜止或行進狀態(tài)中對目標物的測距,自動瞄準以及按既定發(fā)射模式發(fā)射彈丸和各項安全性能檢測等功能。通過編制相應的軟件,對其進行系統(tǒng)調(diào)試,驗證了該設計運行穩(wěn)定。 Abstract:  A central control system applied to an ATV VEHICLE weapons is designed. The system design is based on TMS320F2812 DSP as the core, uses modular design for its hardware parts. The central control system can complete the motion control of the level of weapons and equipment, rotation direction, to achieve a state of static or moving objects on the target ranging, auto-targeting and according to the established target and the projectile and the launch of the security performance testing and other functions. Through the development of appropriate software and to carry out system testing to verify the stability of this design and operation.

  • 一種基于實時車流密度信息的VANET路由協(xié)議

    在車載自組網(wǎng)中,路由協(xié)議很大程度上決定了整個網(wǎng)絡的性能。如何有效的利用車流信息提高傳輸質(zhì)量是改善路由性能的一個關鍵問題。本文基于速度-密度線性模型,提出了一種實時車流密度的路由協(xié)議RVDR(Real-time VEHICLE Density Routing)。該協(xié)議通過與鄰居節(jié)點交換的速度信息,對相關道路車流密度進行預測,并給出基于車流密度信息的路徑選擇方法。仿真結(jié)果表明,與現(xiàn)有協(xié)議相比,RVDR協(xié)議在實時性和高效性等性能方面得到改進。

    本課題選用光電傳感器作為導向傳感器,以設計出使用方便、價格低廉、引導精確、響應速度快的AGV工廠自動運貨車為研究目的。 AGV是自動導引運輸車(Automated Guided VEHICLE)的英文縮寫,是當今柔性制造系統(tǒng)(FMS)和自動化倉儲系統(tǒng)中物流運輸?shù)挠行侄巍W詣訉б\輸車系統(tǒng)的核心設備是自動導引運輸車,作為一種無人駕駛工業(yè)搬運車輛,一般用蓄電池作為動力,載重量從幾公斤到上百噸,工作場地可以是辦公室、車間,也可以是港口、碼頭。 現(xiàn)代的AGV都是由計算機控制的,車上裝有微處理器。多數(shù)的AGVS配有系統(tǒng)集中控制與管理計算機,用于對AGV的作業(yè)過程進行優(yōu)化,發(fā)出搬運指令,跟蹤傳送中的構(gòu)件。裝備有電磁或光學等自動導引裝置,能夠沿規(guī)定的導引路徑行駛,具有安全保護以及各種移載功能的運輸車,工業(yè)應用中不需駕駛員的搬運車,以可充電之蓄電池為其動力來源。一般可透過電腦來控制其行進路線以及行為,或利用電磁軌道(electromagnetic path-following system)來設立其行進路線,電磁軌道黏貼於地板上,自動導引運輸車則依循電磁軌道所帶來的訊息進行移動與動作。 AGV以輪式移動為特征,較之步行、爬行或其它非輪式的移動機器人具有行動快捷、工作效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、可控性強、安全性好等優(yōu)勢。與物料輸送中常用的其他設備相比,AGV的活動區(qū)域無需鋪設軌道、支座架等固定裝置,不受場地、道路和空間的限制。因此,在自動化物流系統(tǒng)中,最能充分地體現(xiàn)其自動性和柔性,實現(xiàn)高效、經(jīng)濟、靈活的無人化生產(chǎn)。 AGV的常用引導方式有電磁感應式引導,激光引導,電磁陀螺式引導等,通過對這種引導方式的比較,我們選用光電傳感器作為導向傳感器,因為光電檢測方法具有精度高、反應快、非接觸等優(yōu)點,而且可測參數(shù)多,傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,形式靈活多樣。選用紅外傳感器作為蔽障傳感器,因為紅外線對外界環(huán)境光線的適應能力比較強。用直流測速發(fā)電機作為速度傳感器。設計出使用方便、價格低廉、引導精確、響應速度快的AGV。

Hybrid electric VEHICLEs (HEVs) have proven they can substantially improve fuel economy and reduce emissions. Because HEVs combine an electric drive with the internal combustion engine (ICE) in the powertrain, the VEHICLE?s kinetic energy can be captured during braking and transformed into electrical energy in the battery. The dual power source also means that the ICE can be reduced in size and can operate at its most efficient speeds.
