    對(duì)于瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)自動(dòng)找平控制系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō),數(shù)字式控制系統(tǒng)的研制是目前的一個(gè)方向。介紹了一種基于CAN總線的數(shù)字式自動(dòng)找平控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以CAN總線作為通信方式,PWM控制信號(hào)通過(guò)C8051F040單片機(jī)內(nèi)部PCA可編程計(jì)數(shù)器陣列產(chǎn)生,并具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、信號(hào)穩(wěn)定、實(shí)時(shí)性強(qiáng)、易擴(kuò)展的特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行達(dá)到了比較理想的控制效果,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的可行性。 Abstract:  A digital auto-leveling control system based on CAN Bus is introduced.It uses CAN Bus as the method of communication and creates PWM signals by programmable Counter array in C8051F040 microcontroller.     要搞清楚單片機(jī)與PLC的異同,首先得明確什幺是單片機(jī),什幺是PLC。對(duì)此,我們簡(jiǎn)要回顧一下計(jì)算機(jī)的發(fā)展歷程也許有幫助,按計(jì)算機(jī)專家的原始定義,計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)由五大部分--即控制單元(CU)、算術(shù)運(yùn)算單元(ALU)、存儲(chǔ)器(Memory)、輸入設(shè)備(Input)、輸出設(shè)備(Output)組成。早期計(jì)算機(jī)(晶體管的或集成電路的,不包括電子管的)的CU或ALU由一塊甚至多塊電路板組成,CU和ALU是分離的,隨著集成度的提高,CU和ALU合在一塊就組成了中央處理單元(CPU),接著將CPU集成到單塊集成電路中就產(chǎn)生MPU或MCU,出現(xiàn)了如Intel4004、8008、8080,8085、8086、8088、Z80等MPU。此后,MPU的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了兩條分支,一支往高性能、高速度、大容量方向發(fā)展,典型芯片如:Intel80186、286、386、486、586、P2、P3、P4等,速度從4.7MHz到現(xiàn)在的3.2GHz。另一支則往多功能方向發(fā)展,將存儲(chǔ)器(ROM、PROM、EPROM、EEPROM、FLASHROM、SRAM等)、輸入/出接口(Timer/Counter、PWM、ADC/DAC、UART、IIC、SPI、RTC、PCA、FPGA等)全部集成在一塊集成電路中而成為SOC。依愚之見(jiàn),這就是當(dāng)今廣泛應(yīng)用的單片計(jì)算機(jī),簡(jiǎn)稱單片機(jī)。這一分支可謂品種繁多,位寬從8位到32位,引腳數(shù)從6個(gè)到幾百個(gè),工作頻率從幾十KHz到幾百M(fèi)Hz,體系結(jié)構(gòu)既有CISC也有RISC,數(shù)不勝數(shù)。常用的有MCS-51系列、MCS-96系列、PIC系列、AVR系列、ARM7/9系列、TMS320系列、MSP430系列、MOTOROLA眾多的單片機(jī)等等。

    本實(shí)驗(yàn)要求設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)易的頻率計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的方波信號(hào)進(jìn)行頻率測(cè)量,并把測(cè)量的結(jié)果送到8 位的數(shù)碼管顯示,所要求測(cè)量范圍是1Hz~99999999Hz。整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)的基本原理就是對(duì)1 秒鐘之內(nèi)輸入的方波進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù),把所得數(shù)據(jù)保存在計(jì)數(shù)器里,經(jīng)過(guò)譯碼器處理之后,然后送往數(shù)碼管顯示。這里采用的方案是在采樣時(shí)鐘的上升沿開(kāi)始計(jì)數(shù),然后在下一個(gè)上升沿把計(jì)數(shù)器里的數(shù)據(jù)送往數(shù)碼管,并且把計(jì)數(shù)器清零,讓其重新計(jì)數(shù)。整個(gè)方案的實(shí)現(xiàn)主要分為四個(gè)模塊:時(shí)鐘分頻(clk_div)模塊、計(jì)數(shù)器模塊(Counter)、譯碼器模塊(seg8)、掃描輸出(saomiao)模塊。
