Transmitters and receivers are now ready for 40 Gb/s, whereas hundreds of channels can be simultaneously amplified by optical amplifiers.

  • Operational Ampifier Stability 運(yùn)算放大器的穩(wěn)定性

    Wherever possible the overall technique used for this series will be "definition by example" withgeneric formulae included for use in other applications. To make stability analysis easy we will usemore than one tool from our toolbox with data sheet information, tricks, rules-of-thumb, SPICESimulation, and real-world testing all accelerating our design of stable operational amplifier (op amp)circuits. These tools are specifically targeted at voltage feedback op amps with unity-gain bandwidths<20 MHz, although many of the techniques are applicable to any voltage feedback op amp. 20 MHz ischosen because as we increase to higher bandwidth circuits there are other major factors in closing theloop: such as parasitic capacitances on PCBs, parasitic inductances in capacitors, parasitic inductancesand capacitances in resistors, etc. Most of the rules-of-thumb and techniques were developed not justfrom theory but from the Actual building of real-world circuits with op amps <20 MHz.

    針對(duì)嵌入式產(chǎn)品程序更新問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于IAP技術(shù)的STM32單片機(jī)在線固件升級(jí)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了STM32單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)硬件電路和USB轉(zhuǎn)串口通信電路,并給出了Bootloader程序、APP程序、PC上機(jī)程序的實(shí)現(xiàn)流程.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方案具有簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用、穩(wěn)定性高、維護(hù)成本低和設(shè)備使用效率高的特點(diǎn),適用于嵌入式產(chǎn)品升級(jí).For the problem of updating embedded products program,an online firmware upgrade scheme of STM32 single chip microcomputer based on IAP technology is proposed.This scheme not only elaborates the principle of IAP technology in detail but also provides the design of the minimum system hardware circuit of STM32 MCU,the design of USB for serial communication circuit,and the implementation flow of Bootloader program,APP program and PC program.The experiment results show that the scheme is simple,practical and highly stable.In addition,it can be used to Actual embedded product upgrading,significantly reducing maintenance costs and improving the efficiency of equipment.

    設(shè)計(jì)了農(nóng)業(yè)溫濕度智能控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)采用DHT11溫濕度傳感器作為溫濕度采集模塊,單片機(jī)選用AT89C52代替并調(diào)用Virtual terminal模擬串口通信,LCD1604液晶顯示器實(shí)時(shí)顯示溫濕度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了溫濕度的測(cè)量、顯示,可自動(dòng)控制加熱、降溫、加濕、通風(fēng),實(shí)現(xiàn)溫濕度控制以及超限報(bào)警處理,并利用Proteus與Keil進(jìn)行實(shí)際電路的仿真。試驗(yàn)表明,該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了可靠的溫濕度監(jiān)控。We described the design of an intelligent control system of agriculture temperature and humidity.The system uses DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor as the temperature and humidity acquisition module.The SCM adopts AT89C52 to replace and call the virtual terminal for simulating serial communication.LCD1604 displays temperature and humidity in real time,which implements the measurement and display of temperature and humidity.The system is able to automatically control heating,cooling,humidification and ventilation,to achieve temperature and humidity control and over-limit alarm processing.The system also uses Proteus and Keil for Actual circuit simulation.The experiment shows that the system is capable of reliable temperature and humidity monitoring.

    在半導(dǎo)體制冷技術(shù)的工作性能及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了以單片機(jī)為核心控制元件,以TEC1-12706為執(zhí)行元件的半導(dǎo)體制冷溫度控制系統(tǒng)。采用高精度分段式PID控制算法配合PWM輸出控制的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度控制;選擇數(shù)字傳感器DS18B20為溫度檢測(cè)元件,還包含1602液晶顯示模塊、按鍵調(diào)整輸入模塊和H橋驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊等。實(shí)際測(cè)試表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單易行,操作方便,工作性能優(yōu)良,同時(shí)針對(duì)該系統(tǒng)專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)的溫控算法,使半導(dǎo)體制冷器能更好地適應(yīng)不同工況而充分發(fā)揮其制冷制熱工作特性。Based on the study of the performance and advantages and disadvantages of thermoelectric cooler(TEC)technology,a thermoelectric cooling temperature control system with single-chip microcomputer as the core control element and TEC1-12706 as the executive element was designed. High precision piecewise PID control algorithm combined with PWM output control method is adopted to realize temperature control. The digital sensor DS18B20 is selected as the temperature detection element. It also includes 1602 LCD module,key adjustment input module and H bridge drive module. The Actual test shows that the system has simple structure,convenient operation and excellent performance. Meanwhile,the temperature control algorithm specially designed for the system can make the semiconductor cooler better adapt to different working conditions and give full play to its refrigeration and heating characteristics.

    應(yīng)用無(wú)跡卡爾曼濾波算法(UKF)進(jìn)行鋰電池的SOC估計(jì),采用Thevenin二階RC等效電路模型,對(duì)HPPC電池脈沖充放電實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行Matlab處理,得到較為準(zhǔn)確的模型.通過(guò)在Matlab中編寫(xiě)算法程序,對(duì)不同工況的估計(jì)值與實(shí)際值進(jìn)行誤差估算及對(duì)比分析,通過(guò)此算法進(jìn)行SOC估計(jì),得到該算法可有效降低系統(tǒng)誤差并糾正SOC的初值偏差.The non trace Calman filter (UKF) is applied to the SOC estimation of lithium battery. The Thevenin two order RC equivalent circuit model is used to process the HPPC battery pulse charge discharge experimental data by Matlab processing, and a more accurate model is obtained. By writing algorithm program in Matlab, the error estimation and comparison analysis of the estimated value and Actual value of different states are carried out, and the SOC estimation is carried out by this algorithm. The algorithm can effectively reduce the system error and correct the initial value deviation of the SOC.
