Der Aufbau eines kleinen Frequenzzä hers ist dank der heutigen Atmel AVR Controller oder aber auch der Mikrochip PIC Controller (um nur zwei zu nennen) relativ schnell und einfach aufzubauen. Dazu werden meist die internen Timer/Counter des Controllers benutzt. Der Counter wird durch das anliegende Signal am Takteingang hoch gezä hlt. Durch den Timer wird dann der Counter zu einen festgelegten Zeitpunkt stetig ausgelesen und zurückgesetzt. Nehmen wir mal an ein 20Hz TTL-Signal taktet den Counter so steht nun im Counterregister nach einer Sekunde der Wert 20. Dieser wird nur noch auf dem Display oder serielle Schnittstelle ausgegeben. Nach einer erfolgreichen Auktion bei einen einschlä gigen Internet Auktionshaus, erwarb ich einige 7Segment Anzeigen, hierfür musste ich mir etwas einfallen lassen. Heraus kam somit ein besagter kleiner preiswerter 50MHz Frequenzzä hler, den ich nicht vorenthalten will.

Abstract-The effect of the companding process on QAM signals has been under investigation for the past several years. The compander, included in the PCM telephone network to improve voice performance, has an unusual affect on digital QAM data signals which are transmitted over the same channel. The quantization noise, generated by the companding process which is multiplicative (and asymmetric), degrades the detectability performance of the outermost points of the QAM constellation more than that of the inner points. The combined effect of the companding noise and the inherent white gaussian noise of the system, leads us to a re-examination of signal constellation design. Sensing in autonomous vehicles is a growing field due to a wide array of military and reconnaissance applications. The Adaptive Communications and Signals Processing Group (ACSP) research group at Cornell specializes in studying various aspects of autonomous vehicle control. Previously, ACSP has examined video sensing for autonomous control. Our goal is to build on their previous research to incorporate audio source tracking for autonomous control.

An optimal neuron evolution algorithm for the restoration of linearly distorted images is presented in this paper. The proposed algorithm is motivated by the symmetric positive-definite quadratic programming structure inherent in restoration.
