  • 基于ARMLinux的多道脈沖幅度分析器數(shù)字系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

    隨著電子技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,各種智能核儀器逐步走向自動化、智能化、數(shù)字化和便攜式的方向發(fā)展。針對傳統(tǒng)的多道脈沖幅度分析器體積大,人機交互不友好,不方便現(xiàn)場分析等的缺陷[5]。新型的高速、集成度高、界面友好的多道脈沖幅度分析器的陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)填補了這一缺點。 隨著電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以ARM為核的處理器技術(shù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不斷擴大,相比較單片機而言,它的主頻高、運算速度快,可以滿足多道脈沖幅度分析器的苛刻的時間上的要求。而且ARM處理器功耗小,適合于功耗要求比較苛刻的地方,這些方面的特點正好滿足了便攜式多道脈沖幅度分析器野外勘察的要求。同時,由于以ARM為核的處理器具有豐富的外設(shè)資源,這樣就簡化了外設(shè)電路及芯片的使用,降低了功耗并增強了產(chǎn)品的信賴性。另外,ARM芯片可以方便的移植操作系統(tǒng),為多道脈沖幅度分析器多任務(wù)的管理和并行的處理,甚至硬實時功能的實現(xiàn)提供了前提。而且在ARM平臺使用嵌入式linux操作系統(tǒng)使多道脈沖幅度分析器的軟件易于升級。 智能化和小型化是多道脈沖幅度分析器的發(fā)展趨勢。智能化要求系統(tǒng)的自動化程度高、操作簡便、容錯性好。智能化除了需要控制軟件外,還需要軟件命令的執(zhí)行者即硬件控制電路來實現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的控制邏輯,兩者的結(jié)合才能真正的實現(xiàn)智能化。小型化要求系統(tǒng)的體積小、功耗小、便于攜帶;小型化除了要求采用微功耗的器件,還要求電路板的尺寸盡量的小且所用元件盡量的少,但小型化的同時必須保持系統(tǒng)的智能化,即不能減少智能化所要求的復(fù)雜的邏輯和時序的控制功能。為此采用高集成度的ARM芯片實現(xiàn)控制電路能滿意地同時滿足智能化和小型化的要求。在研制的多道脈沖幅度分析器中,幾乎所有的控制都可以用控制芯片來實現(xiàn),如閾值設(shè)定、自動穩(wěn)譜以及多道數(shù)據(jù)采集,在節(jié)省了元件的數(shù)目和電路板的尺寸的同時仍能保持系統(tǒng)的智能化程度。 Linux內(nèi)核精簡而高效,可修改性強,支持多種體系結(jié)構(gòu)的處理器等,使得它是一個非常適合于嵌入式開發(fā)和應(yīng)用的操作系統(tǒng)。嵌入式Linux可以運行的硬件平臺十分廣泛,從x86、MIPS、POWERPC到ARM,以及其他許多硬件體系結(jié)構(gòu)。目前在世界范圍內(nèi),ARM體系結(jié)構(gòu)的SOC逐漸占領(lǐng)32位嵌入式微處理器市場,ARM處理器及技術(shù)的應(yīng)用幾乎已經(jīng)深入到各個領(lǐng)域,例如:工業(yè)控制,無線通訊,網(wǎng)絡(luò),消費類電子,成像等。 本課題采用三星公司生產(chǎn)的ARM(Advanced RISC Machines,先進精簡指令集機器)芯片S3C2410A設(shè)計并研制了一種便攜式的核數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。利用ARM芯片豐富的外設(shè)資源對傳統(tǒng)的多道脈沖幅度分析器進行改進和簡化。系統(tǒng)由前端探測器系統(tǒng),以及由線性脈沖放大器、甄別電路、控制電路、采樣保持電路組成的前置電路,中央處理器模塊,顯示模塊,用戶交互模塊,存儲模塊,網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸模塊等多個模塊組成。本設(shè)計基于ARM9芯片S3C2410,并在此平臺上移植了嵌入式linux操作系統(tǒng)來進行任務(wù)的調(diào)度和處理等。 電路板核心板部分設(shè)計采用6層PCB板結(jié)構(gòu),這樣增加了系統(tǒng)可靠性,提高了電磁兼容的穩(wěn)定性。數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)是多道脈沖幅度分析器的核心,A/D轉(zhuǎn)換直接使用了S3C2410內(nèi)置的ADC(Analog to Digital Converter,模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器),在2.5 MHz的轉(zhuǎn)換時鐘下最大轉(zhuǎn)換速度500 KSPS(Kilo-Samples per second,千采樣點每秒),滿足了系統(tǒng)最低轉(zhuǎn)換時間≤5 μs的要求,并且控制簡單,簡化了外部接口電路。由于SD(Secure Digital Card,安全數(shù)碼卡)卡存儲容量大、攜帶方便、成本低等優(yōu)點,所以設(shè)計中采用其作為外部的數(shù)據(jù)存儲設(shè)備,其驅(qū)動部分采用SD卡軟件包,為開發(fā)帶來了方便。本設(shè)計采用640*480的6.4寸LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶顯示)屏作為人機交互的顯示部分,并且通過Qt/Embedded為系統(tǒng)提供圖形用戶界面的應(yīng)用框架和窗口系統(tǒng)。其中包括了波形顯示部分和用戶菜單設(shè)置部分,這樣方便了用戶操作。系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)存取方面是基于SQLite嵌入式小型數(shù)據(jù)庫而進行的。為了方便數(shù)據(jù)向上位機的傳輸,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中采用XML(Extensible Markup Language,可擴展標(biāo)記語言)格式來組織傳輸?shù)臄?shù)據(jù),通過基于TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)協(xié)議的Linux下Socket套接字編程,來進行與上位機或PC(Personal Computer,個人計算機或桌面機)等的連接和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。

  • 基于H.264的無線傳輸差錯控制及解碼器的ARM實現(xiàn)

    信息化社會的到來以及IP技術(shù)的興起,正深刻的改變著電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的面貌以及未來技術(shù)發(fā)展的走向。無線通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展為實現(xiàn)數(shù)字化社區(qū)提供了有力的保證。而視頻通信則成為多媒體業(yè)務(wù)的核心。如何在環(huán)境惡劣的無線環(huán)境中,實時傳輸高質(zhì)量的視頻面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),因此這也成為人們的研究熱點。 對于無線移動信道來說,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可用帶寬是有限的。由于多徑、衰落、時延擴展、噪聲影響和信道干擾等原因,無線移動通信不僅具有帶寬波動的特點,而且信道誤碼率高,經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)連續(xù)的、突發(fā)性的傳輸錯誤。無線信道可用帶寬與傳輸速率的時變特性,使得傳輸?shù)目煽啃源鬄榻档汀?視頻播放具有嚴格的實時性要求,這就要求網(wǎng)絡(luò)為視頻的傳輸提供足夠的帶寬.有保障的延時和誤碼率。為了獲得可接受的重建視頻質(zhì)量,視頻傳輸至少需要28Kbps左右的帶寬。而且視頻傳輸對時延非常敏感。然而無線移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)卻無法提供可靠的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 基于無線視頻通信面臨的挑戰(zhàn),本文在對新一代視頻編碼國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)H.264/AVC研究的基礎(chǔ)上,主要在提高其編碼效率和H.264的無線傳輸抗誤碼性能,以及如何在嵌入式環(huán)境下實現(xiàn)H.264解碼器進行了研究。 結(jié)合低碼率和幀內(nèi)刷新,提出一種針對感興趣區(qū)的可變幀內(nèi)刷新方法。實驗表明該方法可以使用較少的碼率對感興趣區(qū)域進行更好的錯誤控制,以提高區(qū)域圖像質(zhì)量,同時能根據(jù)感興趣區(qū)及信道的狀況自動調(diào)整宏塊刷新數(shù)量,充分利用有限的碼率。 為了有效的平衡編碼效率和抗誤碼能力的之間的矛盾,筆者提出了一種自適應(yīng)FMO(Flexible Macroblock Order)編碼方法,可根據(jù)圖像的復(fù)雜度自適應(yīng)地選擇編碼所需的FMO模式。仿真結(jié)果表明這種FMO編碼方式完全可行,且在運動復(fù)雜度頻繁變化時效果更加明顯,完全可應(yīng)用在環(huán)境惡劣的無線信道中。 在對嵌入式PXA270硬件結(jié)構(gòu)和X264研究的基礎(chǔ)上,基本實現(xiàn)了基于H.264的嵌入式解碼,在PXA270基礎(chǔ)上進行環(huán)境的配置,定制WirtCE操作系統(tǒng),并編譯、產(chǎn)生開發(fā)所用的SDK和下載內(nèi)核到目標(biāo)機。利用開發(fā)工具EVC實現(xiàn)在PC機上的實時開發(fā)和在線仿真調(diào)試,最終實現(xiàn)了對無差錯H.264碼流實時解碼。

  • 水聲信號功率放大器的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

    設(shè)計了水聲信號發(fā)生系統(tǒng)中的功率放大電路,可將前級電路產(chǎn)生的方波信號轉(zhuǎn)換為正弦信號,同時進行濾波、功率放大,使其滿足換能器對輸入信號的要求。該電路以單片機AT89C52,集成6階巴特沃思低通濾波芯片MF6以及大功率運算放大器LM12為核心,通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)RS232接口與PC進行通信,實現(xiàn)信號增益的程控調(diào)節(jié),對干擾信號具有良好的抑制作用。經(jīng)調(diào)試該電路工作穩(wěn)定正常,輸出波形無失真,在輸出功率以及放大增益、波紋系數(shù)等方面均滿足設(shè)計要求。    This paper presented a design and implementation of underwater acoustic power amplifer. This circuit converted the rectangle signal generated by frontend circuit into the sine signal, then filtered and power amplification, it meets the requirements of the transducer.Included AT89C52, 6th order Butterworth filter MF6, hipower amplififier LM12.Communication with PC through the RS232 port. The signal gain is adjustable and could be remote controlled. It has a good inhibitory effect on the interference signal. After debugged, this circuit works stable, the output waveform has no distortion, it meets the design requirement in outprt power, amplifier gain and ripple factor.

  • 相敏檢波電路鑒相特性的仿真研究

    分析了調(diào)幅信號和載波信號之間的相位差與調(diào)制信號的極性的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,得出了相敏檢波電路輸出電壓的極性與調(diào)制信號的極性有對應(yīng)關(guān)系的結(jié)論。為了驗證相敏檢波電路的這一特性,給出3 個電路方案,分別選用理想元件和實際元件,采用Multisim 對其進行仿真實驗,直觀形象地演示了相敏檢波電路的鑒相特性,是傳統(tǒng)的實際操作實驗所不可比擬的。關(guān)鍵詞:相敏檢波;鑒相特性;Multisim;電路仿真 Abstract : The corresponding relation between modulation signal polarity and difference phases of amplitudemodulated signal and the carrier signal ,the polarity of phase2sensitive detecting circuit output voltage and the polarity of modulation signal are correspondent . In order to verify this characteristic ,three elect ric circuit s plans are produced ,idea element s and actual element s are selected respectively. Using Multisim to carry on a simulation experiment ,and then demonst rating the phase detecting characteristic of the phase sensitive circuit vividly and directly.     Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit Design I enjoyed reading this book for a number of reasons. One reason is that itaddresses high-speed analog design in the context of microwave issues. This isan advanced-level book, which should follow courses in basic circuits andtransmission lines. Most analog integrated circuit designers in the past workedon applications at low enough frequency that microwave issues did not arise.As a consequence, they were adept at lumped parameter circuits and often notcomfortable with circuits where waves travel in space. However, in order todesign radio frequency (RF) communications integrated circuits (IC) in thegigahertz range, one must deal with transmission lines at chip interfaces andwhere interconnections on chip are far apart. Also, impedance matching isaddressed, which is a topic that arises most often in microwave circuits. In mycareer, there has been a gap in comprehension between analog low-frequencydesigners and microwave designers. Often, similar issues were dealt with in twodifferent languages. Although this book is more firmly based in lumped-elementanalog circuit design, it is nice to see that microwave knowledge is brought inwhere necessary.Too many analog circuit books in the past have concentrated first on thecircuit side rather than on basic theory behind their application in communications.The circuits usually used have evolved through experience, without asatisfying intellectual theme in describing them. Why a given circuit works bestcan be subtle, and often these circuits are chosen only through experience. Forthis reason, I am happy that the book begins first with topics that require anintellectual approach—noise, linearity and filtering, and technology issues. Iam particularly happy with how linearity is introduced (power series). In therest of the book it is then shown, with specific circuits and numerical examples,how linearity and noise issues arise.

The methodology and design guidelinesare developed.By using a boost PFC circuit as an example, an equivalent circuit model is builtfor EMI noise prediction and analysis. The parasitic elements of circuit layout andcomponents are extracted analytically or by using CAD tools. Based on the model, circuitlayout and magnetic component design are modified to minimize circuit EMI. EMI filtercan be designed at an early stage without prototype implementation.In the second part, thermal analyses are conducted for the circuit by using thesoftware Flotherm, which includes the mechanism of conduction, convection andradiation. Thermal models are built for the components. Thermal performance of thecircuit and the temperature profile of components are predicted. Improved thermalmanagement and winding arrangement are investigated to reduce temperature.In the third part, several circuit layouts and inductor design examples are checkedfrom both the EMI and thermal point of view. Insightful information is obtained.
