creat a certificate using makecert
creat a PKCS#12.pfx file to store the private key
Encrypte data using the public Key in Certificate
Decrypt data using the private key in a PKCS#12.pfx file
This work briefly explains common cryptosystems and details two most popular private-key ciphers: DES ,which is probably the most widely used, and AES, which is intended to replace DES.
Abstract: The rapid build out of today's smart grid raises a number of security questions. In this article,we review two recent well-documented security breaches and a report of a security gap. These situationsinclude a 2009 smart-meter hack in Puerto Rico; a 2012 password discovery in grid distributionequipment; and insecure storage of a private key in distribution automation equipment. For each of theseattacks, we examine the breach, the potential threat, and secure silicon methods that, as part of acomplete security strategy, can help thwart the attacks.
IDEA v2.2
IDEA encryption for dos.
IDEA stands for International Data Encryption Algorithm
it was invented by Xuejia Lai and James Massey in Switzerland
its a private key block algorithm, and is thought to be
very secure.
a true random number generator (TRNG) in hardware which is targeted for FPGA-based crypto embedded systems. All crypto protocols require the generation and use of secret values that must be unknown to attackers.Random number generators (RNG) are required to generate public/private key pairs for asymmetric algorithm such as RSA and symmetric algorithm such as AES.
RSA ( Rivest Shamir Adleman )is crypthograph system that used to give a secret information and digital signature . Its security based on Integer Factorization Problem (IFP). RSA uses an asymetric key. RSA was created by Rivest, Shamir, and Adleman in 1977. Every user have a pair of key, public key and private key. Public key (e) . You may choose any number for e with these requirements, 1< e <Æ (n), where Æ (n)= (p-1) (q-1) ( p and q are first-rate), gcd (e,Æ (n))=1 (gcd= greatest common divisor). Private key (d). d=(1/e) mod(Æ (n)) Encyption (C) . C=Mª mod(n), a = e (public key), n=pq Descryption (D) . D=C° mod(n), o = d (private key
xyzzy is a program for the Nintendo Wii which will read a console s OTP key storage and dump out the private encryption keys to screen and to SD card. This is useful information in case your Wii ever gets bricked and you need to re-initialize the firmware.
