    In this book for the optimisation of assembly conveyor lines we are dealing with series part production featured by a medium complexity degree and a medium number of individual components and assembly technique alternatives. Modern production techniques for medium to large series products or mass production usually involve assembly conveyor lines. They still use hand labour more or less automated. The aim is to have monotonous and similar in type operations or such causing fatigue, stress and production traumas, gradually replaced by automated assembly cycles, means and techniques. This usually widely involves industrial robots and handlers. Higher productivity, lower cost and higher quality of assembled products are usually required.

    為了提高環(huán)境參數(shù)采集的自動(dòng)化水平,提升效率,設(shè)計(jì)了無(wú)線傳感器系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用了傳感器技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和單片機(jī)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)環(huán)境溫度、濕度、光照度以及可燃性氣體濃度等參數(shù)的檢測(cè)。它能夠?qū)崟r(shí)地與上位機(jī)進(jìn)行無(wú)線通信,滿足對(duì)環(huán)境參數(shù)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的要求。 Abstract:  In order to increase the degree of automation and improve the efficiency of the environment monitoring parameters,the wireless sensor system was developed.Combining with the technique of sensor,automatic monitoring,communication and single-chip microcomputer,it realized real-time monitoring environment parameters,such as temperature,humidity,illumination,concentration of com- bustible gas and so on.At the same time it can communicate with upper personal computers,satisfy the desire of real-time monitoring.

    近年來(lái)反季節(jié)種植已成火熱趨勢(shì),溫室大棚的普及十分迅速,而溫室大棚對(duì)自動(dòng)化、智能化的要求也越來(lái)越迫切,本系統(tǒng)將溫室大棚的溫濕度、二氧化碳濃度各個(gè)方面的檢測(cè),通風(fēng)、澆灌、溫度、噴灑農(nóng)藥等各個(gè)方面的控制進(jìn)行綜合系統(tǒng)研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)溫室大棚對(duì)自動(dòng)化、智能化的要求。這一系統(tǒng)是基于單片機(jī)控制的智能檢測(cè),控制系統(tǒng)包含單片機(jī)主控模塊、感應(yīng)檢測(cè)模塊、傳感模塊,顯示、控制模塊等[1]。從而提高溫室大棚的種植效率,減少勞動(dòng)力,提高利潤(rùn)等。In recent years,counter-season planting has become a hot trend featuring the rapid popularization of greenhouse and urgent requirement for the automation and intellectualization of greenhouse.This paper offers a comprehensive and systematic study of the monitoring of temperature,humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in the greenhouse and the control of ventilation,irrigation,temperature and pesticide spraying in order to achieve automation and intellectualization in greenhouse.This system is based on the intelligent detection controlled by single chip computer with the control system including the main control module,induction detection module,sensing module,display and control module of single chip computer,which is effective in improving planting efficiency of greenhouse,reducing labor force and increasing profits.
