Calculation of the Differential Impedance of Tracks on FR4 substrates There is a discrepancy between calculated and measured values of impedance for differential TransmisSion lineson FR4. This is especially noticeable in the case of surface microstrip configurations. The anomaly is shown tobe due to the nature of the substrate material. This needs to be considered as a layered structure of epoxy resinand glass fibre. Calculations, using Boundary Element field methods, show that the distribution of the electricfield within this layered structure determines the apparent dielectric constant and therefore affects theimpedance. Thus FR4 cannot be considered to be uniform dielectric when calculating differential impedance.

阻抗匹配 阻抗匹配(Impedance matching)是微波電子學(xué)里的一部分,主要用于傳輸線上,來(lái)達(dá)至所有高頻的微波信號(hào)皆能傳至負(fù)載點(diǎn)的目的,不會(huì)有信號(hào)反射回來(lái)源點(diǎn),從而提升能源效益。 大體上,阻抗匹配有兩種,一種是透過(guò)改變阻抗力(lumped-circuit matching),另一種則是調(diào)整傳輸線的波長(zhǎng)(TransmisSion line matching)。 要匹配一組線路,首先把負(fù)載點(diǎn)的阻抗值,除以傳輸線的特性阻抗值來(lái)歸一化,然后把數(shù)值劃在史密夫圖表上。 把電容或電感與負(fù)載串聯(lián)起來(lái),即可增加或減少負(fù)載的阻抗值,在圖表上的點(diǎn)會(huì)沿著代表實(shí)數(shù)電阻的圓圈走動(dòng)。如果把電容或電感接地,首先圖表上的點(diǎn)會(huì)以圖中心旋轉(zhuǎn)180度,然后才沿電阻圈走動(dòng),再沿中心旋轉(zhuǎn)180度。重覆以上方法直至電阻值變成1,即可直接把阻抗力變?yōu)榱阃瓿善ヅ洹! ∮韶?fù)載點(diǎn)至來(lái)源點(diǎn)加長(zhǎng)傳輸線,在圖表上的圓點(diǎn)會(huì)沿著圖中心以逆時(shí)針?lè)较蜃邉?dòng),直至走到電阻值為1的圓圈上,即可加電容或電感把阻抗力調(diào)整為零,完成匹配.........

為提高溫度測(cè)量效率,降低系統(tǒng)的成本,擴(kuò)展傳輸距離,設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型溫度采集系統(tǒng)。單片機(jī)通過(guò)控制具有單總線方式的溫度傳感器DS18B20實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)溫度的測(cè)量,同時(shí)單片機(jī)通過(guò)控制具有單總線方式300~450MHz頻率范圍內(nèi)的MAX7044與MAX7033無(wú)線發(fā)射與接收芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度數(shù)據(jù)的無(wú)線傳輸。與傳統(tǒng)溫度采集系統(tǒng)相比,該系統(tǒng)利用單總線方式連接,采用無(wú)線傳輸方式實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離通信,易于系統(tǒng)的集成與擴(kuò)展。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、方便移植,能夠同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)多達(dá)上百點(diǎn)溫度的測(cè)量與500m范圍的傳輸。 Abstract: To improve the temperature measurement efficiency and reduce system cost,expansion of TransmisSion distance,a new type of temperature acquisition system is designed.Microcontroller controlled temperature sensor DS18B20which has a single-bus achieves temperature measurement,while microcontroller by controlled the MAX7044and MAX7033chip with a single-bus and having300~450MHz radiofrequency to achieve the wireless TransmisSion of temperature data.Compared with conventional temperature acquisition system,the system uses single-bus connected,and uses wireless TransmisSion means to achieve long-distance communications,easy-to-system integration and expansion.The experimental results show that the system is simple,convenient transplantation,and can be implemented in as many as a hundred-point temperature measure-ment and the TransmisSion range of500meters.

The degree of automation of them is low. To solve those problems, a new kind of mechanical security testing machine, using ATmega128 micro-controller as its core controller, has been advanced. It describes the components of the machine. The principles and the scheme in the designing processes are presented in detail, and the software architecture and the operation processes of each part are given. After having done many testing, we have reached the following conclusions: the mechanical security testing machine presented can do over ten mechanical security tests complying with related national standards. It has high data acquisition accuracy and high TransmisSion speed. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. In general, this machine is a multi-functional, highly automatic, digitalized security testing device.
