OpenCV means Intel&Reg Open Source Computer Vision Library. It is a collection of C functions and a few C++ classes that implement some popular Image Processing and Computer Vision algorithms. OpenCV has cross-platform middle-to-high level API that consists of a few hundreds (>300) C functions. It does not rely on external libraries, though it can use some when it is possible. OpenCV is free for both non-commercial and commercial use (see the license for details). OpenCV provides transparent interface to Intel&Reg Integrated Performance Primitives (IPP). That is, it loads automatically IPP libraries optimized for specific processor at runtime, if they are available. This directory builds the Tape class driver for Microsoft&Reg Windows&Reg Server 2003. The class driver implements device-independent support, and exports support routines for device-specific tape miniclass drivers. It handles device-independent tape requests and calls the tape minidriver routines to process device-specific functions. Class driver splits transfer requests, when necessary, to fit the maximum transfer size for the underlying host bus adapter. It also provides device-independent, tape-specific error handling, and calls the tape miniclass driver s device-specific error handling routines.
