  • 基于ARM的高清播放系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

    嵌入式系統(tǒng)是以應(yīng)用為中心,以計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),軟硬件可裁減,適應(yīng)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),對(duì)功能,可靠性,成本,體積,功耗嚴(yán)格要求的專(zhuān)用計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)[1]。廣泛應(yīng)用于軍事,信息家電,無(wú)線(xiàn)通信設(shè)備,消費(fèi)類(lèi)電子產(chǎn)品,移動(dòng)計(jì)算平臺(tái)等諸多領(lǐng)域,是當(dāng)今熱門(mén)的計(jì)算機(jī)開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展,人們生活水平提高,數(shù)字高清電視逐漸普及,在各大賣(mài)場(chǎng),對(duì)銷(xiāo)售過(guò)程中展示設(shè)備也隨之提出了更高的要求。但據(jù)調(diào)查,在中國(guó)現(xiàn)有的高清播放系統(tǒng)普遍存在價(jià)格昂貴,損耗高,壽命短及外部接口少等缺陷,導(dǎo)致無(wú)法普及。 針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀,本課題設(shè)計(jì)了一種以嵌入式處理器ARM系列32位嵌入式EM8623芯片為硬件平臺(tái),嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)uclinux為系統(tǒng)軟件平臺(tái)的高清播放系統(tǒng)。 ARM(Advanced RISC MACHINES)既是一種處理器架構(gòu),又是公司的名稱(chēng),該公司主要設(shè)計(jì)處理器架構(gòu),并將其技術(shù)授權(quán)給其他芯片廠商。該處理器架構(gòu)具有外型小,性能高等特點(diǎn),多用于便攜式通訊工具,多媒體數(shù)字式消費(fèi)類(lèi)儀器和嵌入式系統(tǒng)解決方案等領(lǐng)域。本課題在充分考慮系統(tǒng)實(shí)用性和開(kāi)發(fā)成本的基礎(chǔ)上,采用EM8623芯片為CPU,片外擴(kuò)展FLASH和SDRAM存儲(chǔ)器。 uclinux系統(tǒng)從Linux2.0/2.4內(nèi)核派生而來(lái),雖然是為了支持沒(méi)有MMU(虛擬內(nèi)存管理單元)的處理器而設(shè)計(jì),但保留了操作系統(tǒng)的所有特性,為硬件平臺(tái)更好地運(yùn)行提供了保證,也降低了軟件設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜度,提高了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性和靈活性,縮短了開(kāi)發(fā)周期。 該高清播放系統(tǒng)具有工作時(shí)間長(zhǎng),性能穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn),采用面向?qū)ο蠛兔嫦蜻^(guò)程綜合編程方法,ASM,C,C++多種語(yǔ)言混合編程方式實(shí)現(xiàn),使系統(tǒng)具有很高的健壯性和可擴(kuò)展性。 基于ARM的高清播放系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果和實(shí)際要求。而且由于該高清播放系統(tǒng)外接接口豐富(包括常見(jiàn)的HDMI,S-Video,VGA,YPbPr,YCbCr),連接使用方便,所以具有很好的市場(chǎng)價(jià)值,可廣泛應(yīng)用于電視銷(xiāo)售柜臺(tái),化妝品展示柜臺(tái),聯(lián)網(wǎng)廣告機(jī)等領(lǐng)域。

  • 基于ARM和CPLD的可擴(kuò)展嵌入式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

    進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)90年代后,隨著全球信息化、智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的發(fā)展,嵌入式系統(tǒng)技術(shù)獲得了前所未有的發(fā)展空間。 嵌入式系統(tǒng)的最大特點(diǎn)之_是其所具有的目的性或針對(duì)性,即每一套嵌入式系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)都有其特殊的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合與特定功能,這也是嵌入式系統(tǒng)與通剛的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)最主要的區(qū)別。由于嵌入式系統(tǒng)是為特定的目的而設(shè)計(jì)的,且常常受到體積、成本、功能、處理能力等各種條件的限制。因此,如果可以最大限度地提高應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)硬件上和軟件上的靈活性,就可以用最低的成本,最少的時(shí)間,快速的完成功能的轉(zhuǎn)換。 本課題的目的在于提出并設(shè)計(jì)一種基于ARM(Advanced RISC MACHINES)和CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)的可擴(kuò)展功能嵌入式系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),并完成了系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect)橋的固件設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中采用美國(guó)ALTIUM公司的ALTIUM DESIGNER 6.0 EDA軟件開(kāi)發(fā)了系統(tǒng)的硬件部分。在整個(gè)硬件開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)中,充分采用高速PCB(Printed Circuit Board)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,并進(jìn)行全面的電路仿真試驗(yàn),保證了硬件系統(tǒng)的高度可靠性。本系統(tǒng)承襲了ARM7系列處理器高性能、低功耗、低成本的優(yōu)點(diǎn),并充分考慮到用戶(hù)的需要,擴(kuò)展了多種常用的外部設(shè)備接口以及藍(lán)牙無(wú)線(xiàn)接口等,為將米各種可能的應(yīng)用提供了完善的硬件基礎(chǔ)。概括總結(jié)起來(lái)本文具體工作如下: 1.完全自主設(shè)計(jì)了具有高擴(kuò)展性的基于LPC2292嵌入式處理器的嵌入式系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)。基于該硬件平臺(tái),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)許多基于ARM架構(gòu)處理器的嵌入式應(yīng)剛而無(wú)需對(duì)硬什系統(tǒng)作出大的改變,如多協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換器、CAN(Control Area Network)總線(xiàn)網(wǎng)關(guān)、以太網(wǎng)關(guān)、各種工業(yè)控制應(yīng)用等。并在具體的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中,總結(jié)出了嵌入式系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)原則及設(shè)計(jì)方法。 2.完成了基于CPLD的PCI橋接芯片的同什設(shè)計(jì),在ARM硬件平臺(tái)上成功擴(kuò)展了PCI設(shè)備,成功解決了ARM處理器和PCI從設(shè)備之間通訊的問(wèn)題。 3.完成了對(duì)所開(kāi)發(fā)的嵌入式系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)的測(cè)試工作,完成了基于AT89C51的PCI測(cè)試卡軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)。基于此測(cè)試卡,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的PCI通訊功能進(jìn)行有效測(cè)試,以保證整個(gè)硬件系統(tǒng)正常、高效、穩(wěn)定地運(yùn)行。本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)完成,使其可以作為嵌入式應(yīng)用的二次開(kāi)發(fā)或?qū)嶒?yàn)平臺(tái),用于工業(yè)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)及高校相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的實(shí)踐教學(xué)。

    A complete design for a data acquisition card for the IBM PC is detailed in this application note. Additionally, C language code is provided to allow sampling of data at speed of more than 20kHz. The speed limitation is strictly based on the execution speed of the "C" data acquisition loop. A "Turbo" XT can acquire data at speeds greater than 20kHz. MACHINES with 80286 and 80386 processors can go faster than 20kHz. The computer that was used as a test bed in this application was an XT running at 4.77MHz and therefore all system timing and acquisition time measurements are based on a 4.77MHz clock speed.

Thus a network appears.

The degree of automation of them is low. To solve those problems, a new kind of mechanical security testing machine, using ATmega128 micro-controller as its core controller, has been advanced. It describes the components of the machine. The principles and the scheme in the designing processes are presented in detail, and the software architecture and the operation processes of each part are given. After having done many testing, we have reached the following conclusions: the mechanical security testing machine presented can do over ten mechanical security tests complying with related national standards. It has high data acquisition accuracy and high transmission speed. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. In general, this machine is a multi-functional, highly automatic, digitalized security testing device.

Introduction The basic motivation of deploying functional safety systems is to ensure safe operation as well as safe behavior in cases of failure. Examples of functional safety systems include train brakes, proximity sensors for hazardous areas around MACHINES such as fast-moving robots, and distributed control systems in process automation equipment such as those used in petrochemical plants. The International Electrotechnical Commission’s standard, IEC 61508: “Functional safety of electrical/electronic/programmable electronic safety-related systems,” is understood as the standard for designing safety systems for electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic (E/E/PE) equipment. This standard was developed in the mid-1980s and has been revised several times to cover the technical advances in various industries. In addition, derivative standards have been developed for specific markets and applications that prescribe the particular requirements on functional safety systems in these industry applications. Example applications include process automation (IEC 61511), machine automation (IEC 62061), transportation (railway EN 50128), medical (IEC 62304), automotive (ISO 26262), power generation, distribution, and transportation. 圖Figure 1.
