The PW2228A is a high efficiency single inductor Buck-Boost converter which can supply theload current up to 1.5A. It provides auto-transition between Buck and Boost Mode. The PW2228Aoperates at 2.4MHz switching frequency in CCM. DC/DC converter operates at Pulse-Skipping Modeat LIGHT load. The output voltage is programmable using an external resistor divider, or is fixed to3.3V internally. The load is disconnected from the VIN during shutdown.The PW2228A is available in TDFN3X3-10 package.

激光雷達(dá)(Lidar LIGHT detection and ranging,光探測和測距的縮寫)是利用激光作為探測源的1種探測雷達(dá)。與常見的微波雷達(dá)所采用的波源微波相比,激光具有單色性好、相干性強(qiáng)、方向性好的特點(diǎn),而且光波的工作波長與微波相比小3~5個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),因而激光雷達(dá)有極高的時(shí)空分辨力和抗干擾能力。因此,激光雷達(dá)在測距、制導(dǎo)、導(dǎo)航、測繪和大氣遙感、大氣探測等軍用、民用領(lǐng)域有非常廣闊的發(fā)展前景1-1由于激光雷達(dá)的波源是激光,所以其回波信號(hào)的接收是1個(gè)光電轉(zhuǎn)換的過程。激光雷達(dá)工作過程中激光源與探測目標(biāo)、大氣的相互作用以散射和吸收為主,十幾公里外的回波多則十幾少則幾個(gè)光子,信號(hào)非常弱,因此激光雷達(dá)微弱信號(hào)檢測、放大技術(shù)是激光雷達(dá)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之.。目前,國內(nèi)外在激光雷達(dá)信號(hào)前置放大領(lǐng)域的研究不多,往往是直接應(yīng)用市場成品于不同的激光雷達(dá),實(shí)際使用效果有好有壞。國外研制PMT前置放大器的公司有EMI,PHIL IPS SCIEN-TIFIC等公司,然而,不同的激光雷達(dá),其回波信號(hào)和系統(tǒng)參數(shù)往往不一樣,因此有必要根據(jù)實(shí)際的激光雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)對(duì)其前置放大器進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),這樣才能更好的對(duì)激光雷達(dá)信號(hào)進(jìn)行檢測放大。

白光LED(White LIGHT-Fmitting Diode)以其高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、壽命長、無污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)逐漸取代傳統(tǒng)的白熾燈成為新一代照明光源。與此同時(shí),與LED配套的驅(qū)動(dòng)集成電路的研發(fā)也由LED的應(yīng)用逐漸普及而得到長足的發(fā)展。本文對(duì)基于LDO(Low dropout voltage 1inear regulator)恒流型的白光LED驅(qū)動(dòng)集成電路進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)分析。該驅(qū)動(dòng)電路采用PWM亮度調(diào)節(jié)模式,支持3位數(shù)字信號(hào)輸入,8段亮度調(diào)節(jié)功能。在電路設(shè)計(jì)中,根據(jù)要求設(shè)計(jì)了電路的總體框圖,再對(duì)電路的所有子模塊電路進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與分析。電路主要有以下模塊組成:電壓基準(zhǔn)源、振蕩器、鋸齒波發(fā)生器、DAC模塊、PWM比較器、LDO。電壓基準(zhǔn)源為各個(gè)子模塊提供基準(zhǔn)電壓。鋸齒波發(fā)生器將振蕩器輸出的100KHz時(shí)鐘信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為鋸齒波信號(hào),該信號(hào)與DAC的輸出電壓通過PWM比較器比較后得到亮度調(diào)整信號(hào)。亮度調(diào)整信號(hào)經(jīng)過LDO的整形后控制驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊的開和關(guān),使電路輸出恒定的驅(qū)動(dòng)電流。在中芯國際0.35um工藝庫下,使用Hspice仿真軟件對(duì)電路進(jìn)行了模擬仿真。模擬結(jié)果表明該電路完成了設(shè)計(jì)功能、達(dá)到了預(yù)先制定的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)。整個(gè)電路以恒定的電流輸出,輸出電流達(dá)到了350mA,可以驅(qū)動(dòng)lW的大功率白光LED。滿足了電源電壓在10%波動(dòng)時(shí),輸出電流的變化量不超過5%。整個(gè)控制電路的效率超過了85%。關(guān)鍵詞:PWM調(diào)制、LDO、恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)
