    隨著電磁閥在工業(yè)和日常應(yīng)用的增多,其功耗越來越被人們所重視。通過對電磁閥驅(qū)動電路的研究,設(shè)計一套電磁閥節(jié)能驅(qū)動電路。不僅提高了電磁閥的響應(yīng)時間,更重要的是降低了功耗,使電磁閥由工作在大電流狀態(tài)下,變成大電流啟動小電流維持的工作狀態(tài)。減少了由電流過大引起的電磁閥線圈過熱,增加了電磁閥的安全性。The power consumption of an electromagnetic valve is drawing increasingly more attentiori as it is widely used in industrial production and daily life. In this study, an energy - saving driving circuit of electromagnetic valves was designed. It can make an electromagnetic valve to start with a high current while work with a low current; thereby the power consumption can be reduced. Besides, it can shorten the response time of an electromagnetic valve and improve the security of the valve.

  • 1MHz換能器驅(qū)動電路的設(shè)計

    超聲波換能器作為一種實用的檢測手段,能實現(xiàn)聲波所攜帶的信息和電能之間轉(zhuǎn)換。它的性能優(yōu)良,價格低廉,操作方便,易于調(diào)試,因此在工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。但目前換能器驅(qū)動電路的發(fā)射頻率多為40 kHz,本文針對1 MHz的超聲波換能器電路進行了設(shè)計,主要介紹了它的發(fā)射驅(qū)動電路和接收驅(qū)動電路的設(shè)計方案,并對它們的功能進行了詳細地說明。最后搭建實驗平臺,并對電路的輸入、輸出模塊進行了測試。實驗結(jié)果表明,換能器電路運行良好,可以為超聲波高精度測量領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用提供參考。As a practical means of detection, ultrasonic transducer can realize the conversion between theinformation carried by sound wave and electric energy.It has the advantages of excellent performance,low cost, convenient operation and debugging, so plays an important role in industrial and agriculturalproduction.However, the transmitting frequency of the driving circuit for most transducer is 40 kHz.Thecircuit of 1 MHz ultrasonic transducer is designed In this paper.     在當今大規(guī)模制造業(yè)中,企業(yè)為提高生產(chǎn)效率,保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,普遍重視牛產(chǎn)過程的自動化程度,工業(yè)機器人作為自動化生產(chǎn)線上的重要成員,逐漸被企業(yè)所認同并采用。工業(yè)機器人的技術(shù)水平和應(yīng)用程度在一定程度上反映了一個國家工業(yè)自動化的水平,目前,工業(yè)機器人主要承擔著焊接、噴涂、搬運以及堆垛等重復性并且勞動強度極大的工作,工作方式一般采取示教再現(xiàn)的方式。本文將設(shè)計一臺四白由度的工業(yè)機器人,用于給沖壓設(shè)備運送物料。首先,本文將設(shè)計機器人的底座、大臂、小臂和機械手的結(jié)構(gòu),然后選擇合適的傳動方式、驅(qū)動方式,搭建機器人的結(jié)構(gòu)平臺;在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文將設(shè)計該機器人的控制系統(tǒng),包括數(shù)據(jù)采集卡和同服放大器的選擇、反饋方式和反饋元件的選擇、端子板電路的設(shè)計以及控制軟件的設(shè)計,重點加強控制軟件的可靠性和機器人運行過程的安全性,最終實現(xiàn)的目標包括:關(guān)節(jié)的伺服控制和制動問題、實時監(jiān)測機器人的各個關(guān)書的運動情況、機器人的示教編程和在線修改程序、設(shè)置參考點和回參考點。關(guān)鍵詞:機器人,示教編程,伺服,制動在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中,生產(chǎn)過程的機械化、自動化已成為突出的主題。化工等連續(xù)性生產(chǎn)過程的自動化已基本得到解決。但在機械工業(yè)中,加工、裝配等生產(chǎn)是不連續(xù)的。專用機床是大批量生產(chǎn)自動化的有效辦法;程控機床、數(shù)控機床、加工中心等自動化機械是有效地解決多品種小批量生產(chǎn)自動化的重要辦法。但除切削加工本身外,還有大量的裝卸、搬運、裝配等作業(yè),有待于進一步實現(xiàn)機械化。機器人的出現(xiàn)并得到應(yīng)用,為這些作業(yè)的機械化奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。“工業(yè)機器人”(Industrial Robot):多數(shù)是指程序可變(編)的獨立的自動抓取、搬運工件、操作工具的裝置(國內(nèi)稱作工業(yè)機器人或通用機器人)。機器人是一種具有人體上肢的部分功能,工作程序固定的自動化裝置。機器人具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本低廉、維修容易的優(yōu)勢,但功能較少,適應(yīng)性較差。目前我國常把具有上述特點的機器人稱為專用機器人,而把工業(yè)機械人稱為通用機器簡而言之,機器人就是用機器代替人手,把工件由某個地方移向指定的工作求以操縱工件進行加.
