The PW4055 is a complete constant-current /constant-voltage linear charger for single cell lithiumion batteries.Its ThinSOT package and low external component count make the PW4055 ideallysuited for portable applications.Furthermore, the PW4055 is specifically designed to work within USBpower specifications.The PW4055 No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking DIODE is required due to theinternal MOSFET architecture.Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the dietemperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. 如何正確導(dǎo)入Spice模型方法一、將模型文件粘在當前的圖紙上，方法見圖：步驟1：復(fù)制模型文件（米源于OrCAD PSpice Model）步驟2：將復(fù)制的文件復(fù)制到下圖所示位置步驟3：點擊上面框圖中的OK，將文件粘貼在紙面上，然后從文件中拖一個三極管出來，將名字改成一樣即可。方法二、如有*.1ib的庫文件，比如PSPICE的日本晶體管庫jbipolar.lib，將該文件考到LTC LTspicelV\lib\sub目錄中。然后按圖操作：方法三：將模型文件直接粘貼到LTCYLTspiceIV\ib\cmp中的相應(yīng)文件中。如要將PSPICE的DIODE.lib的模型全導(dǎo)入到cmp中的standard.dio中。先用記事本打開DIODE.1ib，全選，復(fù)制。而后用記事本打開standard，dio，在其適當?shù)奈恢谜迟N，關(guān)閉。發(fā)現(xiàn)二極管庫里多了很多元件（見下圖）。三極管同理。

白光LED（White Light-Fmitting DIODE）以其高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、壽命長、無污染等優(yōu)點逐漸取代傳統(tǒng)的白熾燈成為新一代照明光源。與此同時，與LED配套的驅(qū)動集成電路的研發(fā)也由LED的應(yīng)用逐漸普及而得到長足的發(fā)展。本文對基于LDO（Low dropout voltage 1inear regulator）恒流型的白光LED驅(qū)動集成電路進行了設(shè)計分析。該驅(qū)動電路采用PWM亮度調(diào)節(jié)模式，支持3位數(shù)字信號輸入，8段亮度調(diào)節(jié)功能。在電路設(shè)計中，根據(jù)要求設(shè)計了電路的總體框圖，再對電路的所有子模塊電路進行了詳細設(shè)計與分析。電路主要有以下模塊組成：電壓基準源、振蕩器、鋸齒波發(fā)生器、DAC模塊、PWM比較器、LDO。電壓基準源為各個子模塊提供基準電壓。鋸齒波發(fā)生器將振蕩器輸出的100KHz時鐘信號轉(zhuǎn)換為鋸齒波信號，該信號與DAC的輸出電壓通過PWM比較器比較后得到亮度調(diào)整信號。亮度調(diào)整信號經(jīng)過LDO的整形后控制驅(qū)動模塊的開和關(guān)，使電路輸出恒定的驅(qū)動電流。在中芯國際0.35um工藝庫下，使用Hspice仿真軟件對電路進行了模擬仿真。模擬結(jié)果表明該電路完成了設(shè)計功能、達到了預(yù)先制定的設(shè)計指標。整個電路以恒定的電流輸出，輸出電流達到了350mA，可以驅(qū)動lW的大功率白光LED。滿足了電源電壓在10%波動時，輸出電流的變化量不超過5%。整個控制電路的效率超過了85%。關(guān)鍵詞：PWM調(diào)制、LDO、恒流驅(qū)動
