設(shè)計(jì)了自動控制系統(tǒng)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)案例“基于LabVIEW和單片機(jī)的溫度控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)”。實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)硬件部分由單片機(jī)、溫度傳感器、D/A轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、調(diào)壓模塊和電烤箱組成,設(shè)計(jì)了單片機(jī)與各個(gè)模塊之間的接口電路。軟件部分采用LabVIEW軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)控制算法,并設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)控界面實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)設(shè)定、溫度數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控等功能。設(shè)計(jì)了單片機(jī)與LabVIEW軟件之間的串口通信程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸入、輸出數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸。通過綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),使學(xué)生得到控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)試等綜合能力的訓(xùn)練。A comprehensive experimental case of the automatic control system is presented,which is the design of the temperature control system based on LabVIEW and SCM.The hardware part of the experimental system is composed of the SCM,temperature sensor,D/A conversion module,voltage regulating module and electric oven.The interface CIRCUIT between the SCM and each module is designed.In the software part,LabVIEW software is used to realize the control algorithm,and the monitoring interface is designed to realize the functions of parameter setting,temperature data real-time monitoring,etc.The serial communication program between the SCM and LabVIEW software is designed to realize the transmission of input and output data.Through the design of this comprehensive experimental system,students can get the comprehensive ability training for the control system design,experiment debugging,etc.

數(shù)字示波器功能強(qiáng)大,使用方便,但是價(jià)格相對昂貴。本文以Ti的MSP430F5529為主控器,以Altera公司的EP2C5T144C8 FPGA器件為邏輯控制部件設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)字示波器。模擬信號經(jīng)程控放大、整形電路后形成方波信號送至FPGA測頻,根據(jù)頻率值選擇采用片上及片外高速AD分段采樣。FPGA控制片外AD采樣并將數(shù)據(jù)輸入到FIFO模塊中緩存,由單片機(jī)進(jìn)行頻譜分析。測試表明:簡易示波器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動選檔、多采樣率采樣、高精度測頻及頻譜分析等功能。Digital oscilloscope is powerful and easy to use, but also expensive. The research group designed a low-cost digital oscilloscope, the chip of MSP430F5529 of TI is chosen as the main controller and the device of EP2C5T144C8 of Altera company is used as the logic control unit. Analog signal enter the programmable amplifier CIRCUIT, shaping CIRCUIT and other pre-processing CIRCUIT. The shaped rectangular wave signal is sent to FPGA for measure the frequency. According to the frequency value to select AD on-chip or off-chip high-speed AD for sampling. FPGA controls the off-chip AD sampling and buffers AD data by FIFO module. The single chip microcomputer receives the data, and do FFT for spectrum analysis. The test shows that the simple oscilloscope can realize automatic gain selection, sampling at different sampling rates, high precision frequency measurement and spectrum analysis.

電學(xué)中的測量技術(shù)涉及范圍非常廣,電流測量在電學(xué)計(jì)量中占有非常重要的位置。如何精確地進(jìn)行電流測量是精密測量的一大難題。傳統(tǒng)的電流檢測電路多采用運(yùn)算放大芯片與片外電流檢測電路相結(jié)合的方式,電路集成度很低,需要較多的接口和資源才能完成對電路的檢測。本文把所有電路部分都集成在一塊芯片上,包括檢測電阻,運(yùn)算放大器電路及模擬轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)換電路,從而在電路內(nèi)部可以進(jìn)行電流檢測,使電路更好的集成化。前置電路使用二級共源共柵結(jié)構(gòu)的運(yùn)算放大器,減小溝道長度調(diào)制效應(yīng)造成的電流誤差。10位SAR ADC中采用電容驅(qū)動能力強(qiáng)的傳輸門保證了模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化器的有效精度。比較器模塊采用再生鎖存器與遲滯比較器作為基礎(chǔ)單元組合解決精密測量的問題。本設(shè)計(jì)可以作為嵌入芯片內(nèi)的一小部分而檢測芯片中的微小電流1mA~100mA,工作電壓在1.8v左右,電流檢測精度預(yù)期達(dá)到10uA的需求。The measurement technology in electricity involves a wide range,and current measurement plays a very important position in electrical measurement.How to accurately measure current is a big problem in precision measurement. The traditional current detecting CIRCUIT adopts the combination of the operational amplifier chip and theoff-chip current detecting CIRCUIT, The CIRCUIT integration is very low, and more interfaces and resources are needed tocomplete the CIRCUIT detection.This topic integrates all the CIRCUIT parts into one chip, including detection resistance, operational amplifier CIRCUIT andanalog to digital conversion CIRCUIT. Thefront-end CIRCUIT of this project uses two-stage cascade operational amplifier and cascade tube to reduce the currenterror caused by channel length modulation effect. In 10-bit SAR ADC, the transmission gate with strong capacitivedriving ability ensures the effective accuracy of the analog-to-digital converter. Comparator module uses regenerativelatch and hysteresis comparator as basic unit to solve the difficult problem of precision measurement. 為設(shè)計(jì)高效率、低損耗的PFC電路,本文基于UCC28019進(jìn)行電路設(shè)計(jì)。以UCC28019輸出的PWM波形來控制Boost升壓斬波為核心電路,使電路中的電容交替地充放電、電感交替的儲存和釋放能量,最后實(shí)現(xiàn)在輸入AC20V~24V電壓情況下穩(wěn)定輸出DC38V。測試結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)效率為95%左右,電壓調(diào)整率小于1%,電源功率因數(shù)0.99。交流輸入電壓為19.0-25.8 V時(shí),輸出直流電壓穩(wěn)定性較好,電感無明顯嘯叫且紋波小,具有一定的帶負(fù)載能力和實(shí)用性。In order to design the PFC CIRCUIT with high efficiency and low loss,this paper designs the CIRCUIT based on UCC28019.The PWM waveform output by UCC28019 is used to control boost chopper as the core CIRCUIT,which alternately charges and discharges capacitors,stores and releases energy by inductors,and finally achieves stable output of DC38 V under the input voltage of AC20 V~24 V.The test results show that the system achieves about 95% efficiency,the voltage adjustment rate is less than 1%,the power factor is 0.99,and the AC input voltage is 19.0-25.8 V.The output DC voltage stability is good,the inductance has no obvious whistle and the ripple is small,so it has certain load capacity and practicability.

Methods: In this paper, the model of equivalent CIRCUIT of ultrasonic transducer nearby syntony was built up, and the hardware control system of ultrasonic scalpel based on digital signal processing(DSP) was designed. Results: Through testing the CIRCUIT and work performance of power control system, the series of parameters such as effective value and so on which were produced by this system could adjust frequency of power source in time and attain anticipative functional indicator, and it took the ultrasonic scalpel to work in syntonic situation. Conclusion: The tested indicators of power control system of ultrasonic scalpel based on the kernel design of DSP can attain anticipative requirement, and can take this system to work in syntonic situation.
