Articles on force and displacement data acquisition and processing， and stepper motor control electric pump with the handle of the key technical details were described. Through the MCU’s A / D converter module is collected on the AMP amplification quantify the signal bridge， jack handle position control valve opening according to the direction of electric pumps for a number of positioning and size of the microcontroller based on force or displacement sensor signals， real-time control stepper motor drive control handle rotate to the appropriate location.

Except Mega16 also support the Basic, C, and other high-level language programming.The electronic clock which is deisgned by Mega16 is not only low-cost, simple hardware, but easy to achieve system migration.The design method of electrioic clock based on the AVR Mega16 and character LCD1602 is introduced in this paper,and the corresponding circuit electrionic and some language program are given.

All kinds of embedded systems can realize high speed and stable communication with USB host systems, owing to the facility of this module.

針對(duì)船舶氣象儀保障維修而設(shè)計(jì)的船舶氣象儀測(cè)試系統(tǒng)，包括信息處理終端、主儀器檢測(cè)模塊、傳感器檢測(cè)模塊，各個(gè)模塊都采用基于AVR單片機(jī)的嵌入式系統(tǒng)，模塊之間通過(guò)CAN總線進(jìn)行通信。結(jié)果表明，船舶氣象儀測(cè)試系統(tǒng)能夠快速檢測(cè)船舶氣象儀故障，與單純依靠人工方式排查故障相比，故障檢測(cè)時(shí)間縮短了60%以上。 Abstract: The test system of ship meteorological instrument was developed to satisfy the maintenance of ship meteorological instruments，which composed of information processing terminal， testing module of main instrument and testing module of sensors. Each of these modules included an embedded system based on microcontroller of AVR series and communicated with other module by CAN bus. The results show that the test system can judge the fault of ship meteorological instrument quickly and shorten the fault detection time as much as 60% compared with simple manual troubleshooting.

LUFA (Lightweight USB Framework for AVRs) is my first foray into the world of USB. Originally based on the AT90USBKEY from Atmel, it is an open-source, driver for the USB-enabled AT90USBXXX AVR microcontroller series, released under the permissive MIT License (see documentation or project source for full license details). Currently, the AT90USB1286, AT90USB1287, AT90USB646, AT90USB647, AT90USB162, AT90USB82, ATMEGA16U4 and ATMEGA32U4 AVR microcontrollers are supported by the library. Supported boards are the USBKEY, STK525, STK526, ATAVRUSBRF01 and the RZUSBSTICK.
