2.4寸TFT 240370PQ 1.TFT電源：屏幕電源為2.8-3.3V;切記不能用5V; 2．本TFT兼容8/16位數(shù)據(jù)接口。切換方式通過排線上的R1,R2實(shí)現(xiàn)，0歐姆電阻短接R1為16位模式，短接R2為8位模式。默認(rèn)發(fā)貨短接R2,既默認(rèn)為8位數(shù)據(jù)接口，8位模式下，使用高8位(即DB7-DB15); 3.數(shù)據(jù)口電平:理論上不能讓數(shù)據(jù)口電平超過3.3V,如果一定要用5V的單片機(jī)IO連接數(shù)據(jù)總線，由于tft內(nèi)部有電壓鉗位,用是可以用，不過始終是不規(guī)范的。做實(shí)驗(yàn)做樣品測(cè)試可以，批量做產(chǎn)品的時(shí)候，為提高產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性，最好還是想辦法控制單片機(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)總線上的高電平電壓為3.3V. （AVR的IO輸出高電平能力強(qiáng)，TFT數(shù)據(jù)總線內(nèi)部的電壓鉗位能力有限，使用AVR驅(qū)動(dòng)的時(shí)候請(qǐng)務(wù)必使用3.3V給單片機(jī)供電.如果一定要使用5V供電的AVR，需要在數(shù)據(jù)線上使用兩個(gè)電阻分壓）

單片機(jī)入門知識(shí)手冊(cè) 說到單片機(jī)，首先想到的是中央處理器（CPU），學(xué)過微型計(jì)算機(jī)的人都知道，CPU是計(jì)算機(jī)最核心的部分，它可以完成算術(shù)運(yùn)算和邏輯運(yùn)算，CPU再配上外部存儲(chǔ)器，輸入輸出單元就構(gòu)成一臺(tái)微型計(jì)算機(jī)。其實(shí)單片機(jī)可以看成一臺(tái)微型計(jì)算機(jī)，它具有CPU的功能，并且自身帶有存儲(chǔ)器，帶有輸入輸出接口（如串行UART、AD轉(zhuǎn)化、PWM控制），單片機(jī)配上一些簡(jiǎn)單的外圍電路，就可以完成智能控制或數(shù)據(jù)采集等。所以，單片機(jī)的英文名叫MCU（Micro Chip Uint），翻譯成中文是微控制單元。 單片機(jī)能干什么？通俗一點(diǎn)講，單片機(jī)只有兩個(gè)功能：一個(gè)是數(shù)據(jù)采集，另一個(gè)是控制。其實(shí)都很好理解，數(shù)據(jù)采集實(shí)際上是從外間輸入，如從AD（模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化）口讀入一個(gè)電壓值，從串口接收一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)等等。控制實(shí)際上是輸出，51單片機(jī)有32個(gè)IO口，每個(gè)IO口可以驅(qū)高或驅(qū)低，單片機(jī)以此來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)外間的控制。一個(gè)單片機(jī)系統(tǒng)都可以用下面這個(gè)框圖來說明：
