本文所設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)是基于AT89C52單片機控制的簡易RLC測試儀。為了充分利用單片機的運算和控制功能，方便的實現(xiàn)測量。把參數(shù)R、L、C轉(zhuǎn)換成頻率信號f，然后用單片機計數(shù)后再運算求出R、L、C的值，并送顯示。 轉(zhuǎn)換的原理分別是RC振蕩電路和電容三點式振蕩電路。為了比較準確的測試而頻率的計數(shù)則是利用等精度數(shù)字頻率計完成。然后再將結(jié)果送單片機運算，并在LED顯示器上顯示所測得的數(shù)值。通過一系列的系統(tǒng)調(diào)試，本測試儀到達了測試標準。經(jīng)過測試，
